About

Above all else, I am a fan.

I do not have any journalism experience nor do I have a future in it. I enjoy talking about my team and if the new social media age tells us anything, it is that you can have an audience for just about everything.

First things first… I have been an Arsenal fan since 2010.

While that is so difficult to admit, it is the truth. It should be said that I did not even follow soccer until I arrived in San Francisco in 2009. My fate was to be a fan of one of the most unsuccessful “football” teams in the US before even knowing what real football was. Unfortunately, like most American kids I thought soccer was only for the Europeans and Brazilians.

I studied my history. I know what Herbert Chapman accomplished, I know about the roots of this great club, and I know what Gooners mean when they say “Wiltooooorrrdd!”. While I fell in love with Arsenal because of Arsene, Cesc, Nasri, and RVP, my love has only grown for the club through the recent hard times.

Lastly, as an American (West Coast) Premier League fan, the dedication I and thousands of other fans have towards supporting this club is unmatched. I don’t miss matches and yes that includes 4:45am weekend starts and 11:00am weekday European matches.

I hope you find what I have to say interesting and genuine.
